Inclusive Personal Training

At Lighthouse Fitness we distinguish ourselves from other clubs by providing customized 1-on-1 personal training at no additional cost to the member. Readily available to provide motivation and support, our trainers will design a customized training regiment to ensure you gain maximum results in all of your fitness goals and needs.

Premium Personal Training

Also offered at Lighthouse Fitness in addition to our inclusive training, are Premium Personal Training programs which are offered in packages or on a per session basis and pricing varies depending on the type of training.  All of our premium options are more complex, and intensive programs developed to help members eager to further improve upon their overall fitness levels. These sessions are 60 minutes in duration and are designed for the individual or group looking to further challenge their fitness regiment.

 

Premium Pilate's & Core Training

Offered in private or semi-private sessions, Pilate's and Core Training is the strengthening of the abdominal muscles and lower back muscles in unison. Taught by our certified Personal Trainer, Leta, this core specific training aims to target all of the muscle groups that stabilize the spine and pelvis most specifically the trunk and torso muscles making your entire trunk feel stronger and leaner.

Sport Specific Training

Lighthouse Fitness provides a strength and conditioning program specifically designed to increase an athlete's overall performance. This program incorporates sport specific fitness training that will increase an athlete's speed, power, agility, muscle coordination, balance, and endurance.
